There’s nothing better than gathering around good food with good people—and this community free food event was everything we love about being part of Fungall.

From sizzling mushroom stir-fries to hearty stews packed with homegrown goodness, the tables were full, the conversations were flowing, and the air was filled with the warm buzz of community.


At Fungall, we’re not just growing mushrooms—we’re growing connection, confidence, and community resilience. Sharing food is a big part of that. It’s about more than just a meal; it’s about dignity, togetherness, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Our mushrooms might be small, but they pack a mighty punch. They’re nutritious, sustainable, and easy to grow—and we’re proud to share them with local families, food projects, and anyone who needs a little lift.


These events remind us why we do what we do: to empower people, reduce food insecurity, and prove that amazing things can grow in unexpected places—like basements, buckets, or old coffee grounds!
